hi! I'm Gina

In 2021, I came to Florence on a solo trip, and as a fitness instructor myself, in NYC at the time, I couldn't wait to see what the fitness scene was like in Italy !! When I arrived, I tried out all the gym options, and realized that fitness is really under-developed here, and there are proper gyms with memberships and all the things, but I just wanted a good old workout class.
I fell in love with Florence and what was supposed to be a 1-week trip I had pushed to 2 weeks... then 1 month.. and then 3 months, which was the maximum I could stay without a Visa. Still no luck finding a gym here that spoke to me, but even so, after 3 months off spending time and working remote in Florence, knew I wanted to move here. This left me with a very clear calling and mission (and no choice if I wanted a workout class lol), to get certified in Italy, and redefine fitness in Florence. And that's just what I did! While there was no customer base at the time, I knew I couldn't be the only one who feels that sense of "home" within myself when I am surrounded by a friendly fitness community that gives me the space to feel strong and shake out any stresses that day or that week. I trusted that feeling. That feeling and that trust has brought me to hundreds of girls who've needed this space, too.

What is the discount code for students?

FALLSEM24 on single classes and FALLSEM2024 on packages, including the unlimited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel up to 12pm the day of our evening classes by replying directly to our confirmation email that you will not make class. For the Thursday 11am, you may cancel until 9am. After that, you will lose the class credit. You may not cancel on behalf of someone else, and you may not cancel via social media (neither Instagram nor TikTok)

Are there other payment options?

Can my package be transferred to a friend if I do not use the credits?

For 5 and 10-packs, as long as you handle it amongst yourselves, we don’t mind! But you must write us an email at least 1 hour before class starts to notify us of the change.

What do I need to bring to class?

Just a water! And wear sneakers.

How early should I arrive to class?

10 minutes early to your first class, just to sign the waiver and be able to choose the exact spot you like. After that, 5 minutes early is enough! We aim to start and end class on time. Thank you for helping us achieve this!

I've heard it described back to me as a pilates workout that feels like a Zumba class, and I'll take it!

My movements are designed and combined together strategically to help the body become leaner and stronger, but my class is run so that you'll forget about all of that and we'll just be enjoying!
